Mission Command

Terms of Service

Effective July 14, 2026

The service

Mission Command ("we", "us") is a personal productivity app for job seekers: tasks, calendar, notes, interview prep, finance planning, and an AI resume engine. We offer a free tier with fair-use limits (currently 1 master resume plus 2 tailored resumes per month) so the service stays available for everyone, together with paid subscription plans that raise or remove those limits and optional pay-what-you-want AI top-ups for one-time additional usage.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old — or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if that is older — to use the service. By using Mission Command you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Your account & content

  • You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe.
  • Your content remains yours. You grant us only the processing rights needed to run the app (storing, syncing, and — when you ask — sending content to the AI provider to generate results).
  • Don't use the service for anything unlawful, to store content you have no right to store, or to attempt to access other users' data.

Plans, billing & refunds

  • Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe, our payment processor.
  • Paid plans automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel.
  • You can cancel anytime and keep access to your paid features through the end of the billing period you have already paid for; you are not charged again after that.
  • AI top-ups and subscription fees are payments for digital services and are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law.
  • We may change prices, and we will give you advance notice before a change affects your plan.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the service for any unlawful purpose;
  • upload or store content you have no right to use;
  • attempt to access, alter, or interfere with other users' data or accounts;
  • scrape, abuse, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of the service;
  • use the service to send spam or other unsolicited bulk messages.

AI output

AI-generated content (resumes, cover letters, interview answers) is a draft for your review. The resume engine is built to never invent facts about you, but you are responsible for verifying anything you send to an employer.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We work hard to keep your data safe and the app available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, and we make no guarantee of employment, interviews, offers, or any other specific outcome from using Mission Command. AI-generated content is a draft for you to verify, and the service is not a substitute for legal, financial, tax, or career-counseling advice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or US$100. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for lost opportunities, lost profits, or lost data.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Mission Command harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms.

Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. If a dispute arises, you and we agree to first try to resolve it informally by contacting each other.

Changes & termination

We may update these terms or the service; material changes will be announced in the app. You can stop using the service and request deletion of your data at any time. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or break these terms.
